1. Graduate students’ enrollment examination, registration, curricular, degree examination and suspension, resumption, graduation related business.
2. Affairs relevant to official document and the institute meetings.
3. Budget planning and implementation.
4. Affairs relevant to full-time faculty and part-time faculty members’ employment, faculty promotion, sabbatical leave, faculty evaluation.
5. Other affairs assigned by the superiors.
